Inspection and measurement process
1. First, clean sheets and impurities must be cleaned before the thread plug gauge and the measured thread are positive, then the thumb and forefinger rotate the ring gauge, so that the thread in the free state can be determined according to the full length of the thread, otherwise it will not be able to determine.
2. After the use of the relevant inspection and metrological institutions inspection and metrology qualified, then the screw plug gauge and the measured thread pair after, use the thumb finger and the index finger rotation ring gauge, screw thread length within 2 pitch to be qualified, otherwise be judged to be non-conforming product.
