1.This module needs to be connected to the ZigBee gateway to work properly. Please make sure you already have a Tuya ZigBee Gateway, or if you need to buy one, please be free to contact with us.

2.Please check if your motor is compatible with our module.You can use the pliers to short-circuit the wall button terminal on the opener. If the gate door can opens or closes, it can work with our smart controller.

3.Please make sure your door motor is with 100-240VAC voltage.
