3.1 Self checking function:
When the “POWER” switch is turned on, all display symbols on the LCD screen should be illuminated after the whole machine is powered on. After about 1 second, the speaker will emit three types of sounds: high, medium, and low. The LCD screen displays the working mode, sensitivity, and volume as they were when the user turned off last time, and the DISC range indicates all metals, and then the system enters standby mode.
3.2 Four working modes:
The detector has four working modes: A-M (all metal mode), DISC (shielding mode), Memory mode, and BEACH (beach mode).

3.2.1 A-M method:
The working mode is set to A-M, with the range indicating all metals. The sensitivity (SENS) control is adjusted to 4 grids, and the tested samples are taken at a height of 8-10cm above the center of the probe, moving back and forth at a constant speed. The working mode is set to DISC, and the metal detection range can be adjusted by pressing the+and – keys. Metal that has been removed cannot be detected, while metal that has not been removed can be detected normally.
3.2.3 Memory method:
The working mode is placed in Memory, and any metal to be tested is scanned over the probe and measured by the detector. The metal detection range will only be able to detect that metal, and other types of metals cannot be detected.
3.2.4 BEACH method:
The working mode is set in BEACH. Except for iron based metals that cannot be measured, all other types of metals can be measured.
3.3 All metal PP positioning function (PINPOINT): Press the PP button and slowly approach the probe from a height of 25 cents (greater than 20cm). The target detection depth will gradually indicate the process from deep to shallow. At the same time, the alarm sound of the speaker changes significantly.
3.4 Volume adjustment: Press the volume button, and there will be a significant difference in volume (indicated on the LCD).
3.5 Automatic shutdown: The machine will automatically shut down after about 15 minutes in standby mode.

5 Working current:
The volume (VOL) controller should be adjusted to 2 levels. When not detecting metal, the operating current should be less than 70mA. When detecting metal and the speaker is sounding, the current should be less than 130mA.

When the battery level indicator on the LCD screen is 0, it needs to be charged in a timely manner.
7 Detection sensitivity:
Set the working mode to A-M and adjust the sensitivity (SENS) controller to 5 grids. Take a 25 cent coin and move it back and forth at a constant speed 20cm above the center of the probe. The LCD screen should display corresponding indications
