A: Why does my battery drain quickly?

Q: Due to incomplete activation of the battery cells inside the battery. Receiving a brand new battery, there may be a phenomenon of virtual charge at the beginning, which is a normal phenomenon. For first-time use, it is recommended to fully use the existing battery level of the power bank to 0% when turned off, and then fully charge the power bank to 100%; Cycling the power bank 5 times can restore normal battery life.

A: What is the purpose of the indicator light?

Q: Press the button next to it to check the remaining battery level. Each indicator light displays 0% -25% capacity, flashing once indicates that the capacity is 0% and needs to be charged. If no device is connected within 30 seconds, it will automatically turn off the power.

A: Why won’t my power bank charge?

Q: Since this product has a 5V/2A input, please try charging it with the data cable included in the package. It won’t be compatible if you use a USB-C to USB-C cable, so please use our USB-A to USB-C cable for charging.
