TIMEMORE Manual Coffee Grinder Usage Guidelines
To ensure optimal performance and longevity of your TIMEMORE manual grinder, please follow these important guidelines:
Grind Setting Safety Notice
Minimum Click Setting:
Always maintain a grind setting of at least 7 clicks (counterclockwise from 0 clicks).
Never grind at settings below 7 clicks, as this eliminates the necessary gap between burrs and may cause:
Burr damage due to metal-on-metal friction
Difficulty turning the handle
Inconsistent grind quality
Proper Calibration:
When adjusting from 0 clicks, always rotate counterclockwise to your desired setting.
For reference: 7 clicks = safe minimum range for grinding.
Cleaning & Maintenance
After Each Use:
Brush out residual grounds from the burrs and grind chamber using the included cleaning brush.
Give the grinder a few light taps to dislodge trapped particles.
Deep Cleaning (Weekly/Bi-weekly):
Fully disassemble the burr assembly by unscrewing the adjustment ring.
Use a dry brush to remove all coffee residue (avoid water ).
Important Warnings:
Never immerse the grinder in water unless explicitly stated in your model’s manual.
Storage Tips
Store in a dry environment to prevent moisture buildup.
Leave the grind setting at 10+ clicks when not in use to relieve burr tension.
For model-specific guidance, refer to your TIMEMORE manual
Following these practices will ensure consistent grinding performance and extend your grinder’s lifespan.
Important Note About Your Hand Coffee Grinder
Dear Customer,
Thank you for choosing our manual coffee grinder. We want to ensure you have the best experience with your product, so please take a moment to read the following information:
The handle and the crank arm are designed as separate pieces. They are intentionally made with a movable, non-fixed connection to allow for smooth operation and adjustment. Therefore, a slight feeling of looseness or play between them is completely normal and part of the design.
Noise During Use
You may notice a sharp or squeaking sound during use. This is caused by metal-on-metal friction at the handle joint.
🔧 Simple Solution:
Apply a small amount of lubricant or cooking oil to the connection point where the handle meets the crank arm. Rotate the handle a few times to distribute the oil evenly. This should eliminate the noise.
We appreciate your understanding and are committed to your satisfaction. If you have any further questions, feel free to contact our support team.
Happy grinding!
